Manages consultancy company records and task assignments for system users. Developed for India and US clients. About This Project

This recruitment management system was developed to streamline the hiring process for recruitment consultancies serving clients in both India and the United States. The platform provides end-to-end visibility into the candidate lifecycle, from initial resume submission through final hiring decision.

The system tracks candidates through multiple stages: Resume Screening, Phone Screen, Technical Interview, HR Interview, Client Interview, Offer, and Onboarding. At each stage, recruiters can record feedback, schedule next steps, and move candidates forward or reject them with documented reasons. This structured approach ensures no candidate falls through the cracks and provides valuable data for improving the hiring process.

I was responsible for establishing the code baseline and security framework that the development team built upon. My primary development focus was the Interview module, where I implemented the complete stack - from the user interface layer through business logic to data access objects (DAO). The module handles interview scheduling, feedback collection, panel coordination, and outcome recording.

The platform also manages the consultancy's relationships with client companies and internal task assignments. Recruiters can see which positions they're working on, track their pipeline metrics, and coordinate with team members. Managers get dashboards showing team performance, time-to-fill metrics, and client satisfaction indicators.

Built with Spring MVC and Hibernate on JBoss, the application handles the high-volume data requirements typical in recruitment operations. Maven manages the build process and dependencies, ensuring consistent deployments across environments.
